WHEREAS, Terry Shines, MSW, qualifies as a Designated Mental Health Professional as
defined in WAC 388-865-0150 and RCW 71.05 and is employed by Grant Mental Healthcare;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that Terry Shines MSW be designated to provide the services of a County
Designated Mental Health Professional as defined above effective November 23, 2005.
