IN THE MATTER OF VACATING A RESOLUTION NO. QS�3oI
PORTION OF A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD INTENTION TO VACATE AND
RIGHT-OF-WAY NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, considered a
certain county road nghtof-way useless, and by this resolution entered upon it's minutes, declared its
intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road nghtof-way described as follows
Legal Description: THAT PORTION OF SECOND STREET LYING EAST OF THE EAST
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ROAD W S N W, TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF
CRESCENT DRIVE; THAT PORTION OF CRESCENT DRIVE, NOT PREVIOUSLY VACATED,
LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF SECOND STREET, TO THE NORTH
RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF VACATED THIRD STREET, ANY ALLEYS WITHIN BLOCK 19, NOT
PREVIOUSLY VACATED ALL SAID RIGHTS OF WAY ARE LOCATED IN THE PLAT OF
RESURVEY OF AND ADDITION TO TRINIDAD AND LOCATED IN BOOK 1, PAGE 61 OF
PLATS

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be
given to vacating portions of certain County roads and right-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to
prepare a report on said vacation and abandonment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related
matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at November 29`"• 2005 at 2.00p.m..
