HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 06-191-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS 2007 - 2012 RESOLUTION No. 2006 -9r -CC WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 36.81.12 1, Grant County is preparing a proposed Comprehensive Transportation Improvement Program for the ensuing six years of 2007 - 2012, and WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, that it would be in the public interest to hold a hearing on the said proposed program, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held on July 25, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. in the Commissioners Office in the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington and at that time anyone may appear and be heard either for or against the adoption of this program EFFECTIVE DATE: // th J , 2006.
