RESOLUTION- INCREASE PATHS & TRAILS BUDGET
RESOLUTION No. 2006 - CC
IN THE MATTER OF USING COUNTY ROAD
FUNDS FOR INCREASED CONSTRUCTION COSTS
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that the County Road
Engineer desires to increase the construction budget for 2006 from the County Road Fund, Fund 103, for the
construction of an emergent project (Maple Duve-Safe Route to School) and
WHEREAS, there is a need to increase County Road Budget for the purpose of public bid construction costs
in the amount of $25,000 00 dollars to the Paths & Trails Fund, Fund 103, budget for 2006
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a transfer pursuant to RCW
36.40.100 and County and State auditing procedures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEDbythe Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
WA, that the following funds are authorized for expenditure.
