PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP NO 06-07 ( Resolution No
WHEREAS, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Maple Dr., State Road Log No. 42600
from milepost 0 39 To Milepost 0 75 and Apple Rd . State Road Log No. 42680
from milepost 0 00 To Milepost 0 05 be improved as follows

This project will construct a 10' wide HMA path with curb along the North side of Maple Dr. From MP 0.39
(Alma Rd ) To MP 0.75 (Stratford Rd ) And construct a 6' wide concrete sidewalk with curb along both sides of Apple
Rd. From MP 0 00 (Maple Dr ) To MP 0 05 (Longview School) fhis project will be approximately 0 41 miles long.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and authonzen
to report and proceed thereon as by law provided (RCW 36 75 050, 36 80 030,36 80 070) (Optional References',
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the offic tar ly adopted roac fund budget
and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes sttowm
