RESOLUTION No. 06 -IA 5 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in the 2006 budget of the Grant
County Sheriffs Office Fund # 117, Department #158, due to a donation received from the Columbia
Basin Traffic Safety Task Force.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that
a donation has been made available for the 2006 budget of the Grant County Sheriff s Office Fund
#117, Department #158, in the amount of $3,412.50; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36 40 100 authorizes supplemental appropriations from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds after publications of notice of the time and date of a public hearing at
which the supplemental appropriations resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the
appropriation, once each week, for two consecutive weeks prior to such public hearing in the official
newspaper of the county, and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Quincy Valley Post
Register newspaper of Grant County on April 27 and May 4, 2006, and said public hearing was held
in the Grant County Commissioners Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the 2006 budget
of the Grant County Sheriffs Office Fund #117, Department #158, supplemented and extended in
the sum of $3,412 50 due to a donation received from the Columbia Basin Traffic Safety Task Force
according to the following schedule of categories and items:
