IN THE MATTER OF VACATING A RESOLUTION NO,
PORTION OF A CERTAIN COUNTY ROAD INTENTION TO VACATE AND
RIGHT-OF-WAY NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington, considered a
certain county road right-of-way useless, and by this resolution entered upon It's minutes, declared its
intention to vacate and abandon a certain county road right-of-way described as follows
Legal Description: ALL ROADS AND ALLEYS LYING SOUTHERLY OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
RANDOLPH ROAD, AND LYING NORTH ERLY OF THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MISSION DRIVE, AND
EASTERLY OF THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY FOR COLUMBIA AVENUE, AND LYING WESTERLY OF THE
WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY BOUNDARY FOR THE GREAT NORTHERN RAILROAD AS SHOWN ON THE MAJOR PLAT
NEW TOWN OF TRINIDAD AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGES 54 & 55, RECORDS OF GRANT
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, LYING IN THE NORTHHALF OF THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 7 TOWNSHIP 20
NORTH, RANGE 23 EAST, W M GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be
given to vacating portions of certain County roads and right-of-way and directs the County Road Engineer to
prepare a report on said vacation and abandonment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing on the report and other related
matters shall be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington located In the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 2 30 p m April 11n', 2006
