RESOLUTION No. 05 -330 -cc
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in certain 2005 Grant County
budgets of Current Expense, Fund #001, to extend budgets for previously approved salary increases,
corresponding benefits, and other miscellaneous items
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that
a year end budget extension was necessary to certain 2005 Grant County Current Expense budgets
totaling $613,179.00, and
WHEREAS, RCW 36 40.100 authorizes supplemental appropriations after publications of
notice of the time and date of a public hearing at which the supplemental appropriations resolution
will be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation, once each week, for two consecutive weeks
prior to such public hearing in the official newspaper of the county; and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Quincy Valley Post
Register newspaper of Grant County on December 8 and 15, 2005, and said public hearing was held
in the Grant County Commissioners Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that certain 2005
budgets of Current Expense Fund #001 will be supplemented and extended in the sum totaling
$613,179 00 according to the following schedule of categories and items:
