RESOLUTION: ORDER DECLARING
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND ORDERING
THE SALE THEREOF.
SUPERCEDES RESOLUTION
NO. 04 -135 -CC
RESOLUTION No. 05-11(l -CC
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell Real Property at public auction to the
highest bidder for cash or through contract as specified in attachment "A", and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners are authorizing the change of the minimum starting
price for the sale of this Lot No. 3, Parcel No. 312558 102 to the amount of $85,000.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, the Board of County
Commissioners authorize the Grant County Treasurer to sell said property.
