RESOLUTION No. 05 -17.E -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in the 2005 budget of Grant Mental
Healthcare and Developmental Disabilities (fund# 108 Dept #150 and fund# 125 Dept #167) from
beginning fund balance.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that additional capital budget need to be made available in 2005 budget of Grant
Mental Healthcare and Developmental Disabilities in the total amount of $325,500.00; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40. 100 authorizes supplemental appropriations from beginning fund
balance after publication of notice of the time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation, once each week, for
two (2) consecutive weeks prior to such meeting in the official newspaper of the county; and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Columbia Basin
Herald newspaper of Grant County on January 17 and 24, 2005 and said public meeting was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata Washington,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, THAT the 2005
budget of Grant Mental Healthcare and Developmental Disabilities in the total sum of $325,500.00
from beginning fund balance in the following categories and items according to the attached budget.
