RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION No. 05 -34 -CC
DECLARING S1112PLUS TX# 1116 LS
PLAT & TXWS IN NE/SW SECTION 15,
TOWNSIIIP 21, RANGE 26 (PARCEL#
130450000)
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to surplus real property through RCW
36.34, and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that it is in the best interests of Grant
County and the taxing districts and the people thereof that TX# 1116 LS PLAT & TX#'S IN NE/SW SECTION
15, TOWNSHIP 21, RANGE 26 (PARCEL# 130450000) should be declared surplus in the manner prescribed by
law, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Board did publish notice of the Board of County Commissioners intention to
declare surplus the described real estate once a week during two successive weeks in the County's paper of record.
Both posting and the date of first publication occurred at least ten days before the day set for the hearing, and
WHEREAS, the heating on the proposal to declare surplus TX# 1116 LS PLAT & TX#'S IN NE/SW
SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 21, RANGE 26 (PARCEL# 130450000), shall occur in the County Commissioner's
Hearing Room, located in the County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA, at 4 00 pm on November 29, 2005
and any taxpayers in person or by counsel will be allowed to submit evidence and submit an argument, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County Commissioners finds
that it is in the best interests of the county and the taxing districts and the people thereof that TX# 1116 LS PLAT &
TX#'S IN NE/SW SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 21, RANGE 26 (PARCEL# 130450000) belonging to the county
shall be declared surplus
EFFECTIVE DATE /2-- day o / t 2005.
