IN THE MATTER OF CHANGING THE RESOLUTION No. 04- IAV CC
NAME OF CERTAIN ROAD
WHEREAS, Section 10.16.010 of the Grant County Code requires authorization from
the Board of County Commissioners to change the name of certain roads; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined the renaming certain
county roads in the best interest of Grant County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the names of certain
county roads be changed in accordance with the following list:

Dear Commissioners:
Attached please find a proposed resolution for roadway designation change to correct the
grid system designation per a request of public works and to correct the road logs.
These roadways are part of recorded plats. The public will be notified by letter of this
change, it will affect developed 13 lots within the West Point Estates plat.
