IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING THE RESOLUTION No. 2004 - % - CC
SIX YEAR COMPREHENSIVE
TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FROM 2005 TO 2010
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Section 6, Chapter 83, Laws of Extraordinary Session
of the State of Washington, Grant County did prepare and adopt the Six Year Comprehensive Transportation
Improvement Program from 2005 to 2010 on July 20, 2004; and
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said Law, the Board of County Commissioners, being the legislative
body of the County desires to add Amendment No. 1 to the Six Year Program from 2005 to 2010, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did hold a public hearing on Amendment No. 1
to the Comprehensive Plan at 10:30 A.M. at the Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington on the 14' day of
December, 1998, and persons for and against said amendment were allowed to testify; and
WHEREAS, an environmental pre -assessment of the amendment to the Six Year Program indicated
that the social, economic and aesthetic values would not be disturbed;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, that Amendment No. 1 to the Comprehensive Six Year Road Program presented at the public
hearing on the 14' day of December, 2004, be hereby adopted.
