RESOLUTION No. 04-/519 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in the 2004 budget of the Emergency
Management Fund #102, Department #144, due to Grant funding.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that
Grant Funding has been made available for the 2004 budget of the Emergency Management Fund
#102, Department #144, in the amount of $16,835.00; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40. 100 authorizes supplemental appropriations from Grant Funding
after publications of notice of the time and date of a public hearing at which the supplemental
appropriations resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation, once each week, for
two consecutive weeks prior to such public hearing in the official newspaper of the county; and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Columbia Basin
Herald newspaper of Grant County on November 23 and 30, 2004, and said public hearing was held
in the Grant County Commissioners Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the 2004 budget
of the Emergency Management Fund #102, Department #144, supplemented and extended in the sum
of $16,835.00 from Grant Funding according to the following schedule of categories and items:

PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of December, 2004.
