HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 04-157-CC1W BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION No. 04-/S�-CC A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in the 2004 budget of the Grant County Coroner's Office fund# 001, department 120 from General funds. WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of Grant County Commissioners that General funds have been made available for the 2004 budget of Grant County Coroner's Office in the total amount of $8,000.00; and WHEREAS, RCW 36,40. 100 authorizes supplemental appropriations from Current Expense funds after publication of notice of the time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation, once each week, for two (2) consecutive weeks prior to such meeting in the official newspaper of the county; and WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Columbia Basin Herald newspaper of Grant County on December 13 and 20, 2004 and said public meeting was held in the Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata Washington, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, THAT the 2004 budget of the Grant County Coroner's Office in the total sum of $8,000.00 from General fiinds in the following categories and items according to the attached budget.
