NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 2004 -/V/ - CC
IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING THE SIX YEAR
COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FROM 2005 TO 2010
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of Section 6, Chapter 83, Laws of Extraordinary Session
of the State of Washington, Grant County did prepare and adopt the Six Year Comprehensive Transportation
Improvement Program from 2005 to 2010; and
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said Law, the Board of County Commissioners, being the legislative
body of the County, does desire to amend to the Six Year Program; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington, that a public hearing on Amendment No. 1 to the Comprehensive Six Year Road Program from
2005 to 2010 be held on the 14' day of December, 2004, at 2:00 P.M. in the hearing room of the County
Commissioners, County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA.
