HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 01-002-CCGRANT COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING A TIME ONE YEAR EXTENSION FOR THE COMPLETE FILING OF PHASE d OF CRYSTAL SPRINGS, A PRELIMINARY PLAT IN A PORTION OF SECTION I, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST, W.M., GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON RESOLUTI0N:_2n0t —n2 -CC RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE (1) YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR THE FILING OF CRYSTAL SPRINGS PHASE IV, A PRELIMINARY PLAT. GARY MORGAN WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on November 1, 2000 on the matter of approving a one year time extension for the filing of the remaining 12 lots in the Crystal Springs Preliminary Plat, in a portion of Section 1, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice that this matter would be considered at their regular meeting on November 21, 210001- WHEREAS, 000; WHEREAS, the Board of County Coin inissioners have upheld the findings,of fact of the Grant County Planning Commission stating that the Developer has proven to the Grant County Planning Commission that adequate reason cvists lbr a one year time extension to be granted for complete filing of Crystal Springs; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this resolution. approve the one year time extension for the complete filing of Crystal Springs Preliminary Plat located in a portion of Section 1, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County. Washington, subject to the conditions below: 1) Developer shall continue to meet any and all conditions as imposed upon him at the time the Preliminary Plat of Crystal Springs was approv cd 2) Developer shall comply with all requirement, of the Grant County Health District, including but not limited to the following: a) Each lot must have a minimum of two (2) icst holes as part of the evaluation for septic system suitability. b) Final approval of the plat will not be given until a site evaluation report is submitted to the Grant County Health District. c) Site evaluation report must be completed by .i certified designer and/or a licensed engineer. 3) The one-year time extension, if approved will end one year from the date the Board of County Commissioners signs the resolution adopting the extension.
