RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -14 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: Mental Health Fund AN.
Department #150 together with a budget therefore,
pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions require
that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be authorized For the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a hudget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 2oo7 -7-cc
Was duly adopted on 1/16/2001 and published in the
Daily Herald on 1/22&29/o1 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and the
estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a notice of
public hearing, and said public hearing vvas held thereon where interested
persons were allowed to appear and be heard:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation and expenditure of funds is hereby
authorized for the following department/fund: mental Health Fund #408.
DPnartment #150 In the total sum of �_ 145,c 00 according to
the attached budget.
This resolution is in the best imerests of good government and shall
take effect immediately upon its passage.

Dear Commissioners,
We would like to amend the mental health budget to purchase the property to build our
new Moses Lake office.
The cost of the property is $1.30,680.00 and is due at closing. The closing shall not be
before February 10, 2001 and not after March 20, 2001- At this time, 'Vern has the actual
contract and is reviewing it with Steve HalIstrom.
