RESOLUTION No. 04-166 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in the 2004 budget of Emergency
Management fund #102.144.000.060 from a Grant Contract #03-313 awarded by Washington
State Emergency Management Division to Homeland Security Region Seven.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that the Grant funds have been made available for the 2004 budget of Emergency
Management in the total amount of $204,000.00; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.100 authorizes supplemental appropriations from the Grant
after publication of notice of the time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation, once each week,
for two (2) consecutive weeks prior to such meeting in the official newspaper of the county; and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Columbia Basin
Herald newspaper of Grant County on November 12 and 22 and said public meeting was held in
the Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata Washington,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,
THAT the 2004 budget of Emergency Management in the total sum of $204,000.00 from Grant
funds in the following categories and items according to the attached budget.
