RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -91 -cc
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: current Expense Fund #001, operating
Transfers—Out Dept.#142 together with a budget therefore,
pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions require
that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 2001 -77 -CC
Was duly adopted on Mavz,L. 2001 and published in the
Daily Herald on 6/1&8/01 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and the
estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a notice of
public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon where interested
persons were allowed to appear and be heard:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation and expenditure of funds is hereby
authorized for the following department/fund: current Expense Fund #001,
Operating Trans.0ut#142 In the total sum of S 31,000 according to
the attached budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government and shall
take effect immediately upon its passage.

We are writing to confirm our phone conversation of last week concerning the 200 horse
bam stalls available from Yakima at a cost of $350 each, totaling $70.000.
We understand that the following Fair Capital
available toward the purchase of these panels:
Building cooling system improvements
Lighting in the Rodeo arena
Undesignated cost -share
Fair Association CD's
Expenditures monies will be made

Balance of assistance;

The Board of County Commissioners can fund this proposal with the understanding that
an effort is made to excess or pass thru enough panels to recover the $31,000 expended
by years end.
