VALUATIONS 2. FEES 3. EFFECTIVE DATE SECTION 1 - VALUATIONS For Building Permit Purposes, valuation for buildings and structures shall be established as prescribed in Section 14.04.050, subparagraph 5 of the Grant County code and shall be per the attached schedule entitled Attachment "A" Grant County Building Department July 2004 Valuation Schedule. SECTION 2 — FEES A. Building Permit Fees As authorized in Section 14.04.050, subparagraph 7 of the Grant County code, building permit fees are based on the total valuation and the attached schedule entitled Attachment "B" Grant County Building Department July 2004 Permit Fee Schedule. B. Plumbing Permit Fees. Plumbing permit fees shall be per the attached schedule entitled Attachment "C" Grant County Building Department July 2004 Plumbing Schedule. C. Mechanical Permit Fees. Mechanical permit fees shall be per the attached schedule entitled Attachment "D" Grant County Building Department July 2004 Mechanical Schedule. D. Grading Permit Fees Grading permit fees shall be per the attached schedule entitled Attachment "E" Grant County Building Department Grading Fee Schedule. Page 1 of 2 SECTION 3 – EFFECTIVE DATE This resolution valuation, fees and provision established and adopted hereby shall take effect and be in full force on July 1, 2004 from and after the date of its final passage.
