RESOLUTION No. 04 -06 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extension in the 2004 budget of Current
Expense Fund 9001 Department 9125 from unanticipated state and/or federal funds.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that unanticipated state and/or federal funds have been made available for the
2004 budget of Current Expense Fund #001 Departmem P 125 in the total amount of $80,000;
and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40. 100 authorizes supplemental appropriations from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds after publication of notice of the time and date of the meeting at which
the supplemental appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the appropriation,
once each week, for two (2) consecutive weeks prior to Such meeting in the official newspaper of
the county; and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal notice was made in the Columbia Basin
Herald newspaper of Grant County on May 10 and 18, 2004 and said public meeting was held
May 25, 2004 and continued to June 8, 2004 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant
County Courthouse, Ephrata Washington,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON,
THAT the 2004 budget of Current Expense Fund #001 Department #125 in the total sum of
$80,000 from unanticipated state and/or federal funds in the following categories and items
according to the attached budget.
