GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -117 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facTs requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
Current Expense Fund #001, Human Resources Department 1124
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; a:l pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should t -e authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budges therefor, in
the estimated amount .of $ 4,000 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant Counts, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds bE- expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could n>t have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should b�� authorized for the following
department/fund: Current Expense Fund X6001, Human Resources Dept. #124
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that n(tice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, :-ai.d hearing to be held on
August 13, 2001 in the Grant. County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephra~a, Washington, at the hour of
1:00 D.M.
