GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -131 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
Current Expense Fund 41001, Misc. General Govt, 11125
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; a_: pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought ro the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant county that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount .of $ 50.000 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expt�nded; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said conn -y udget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department /fund :F.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that not,ce of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, sa d hearing to be held on
September 10, 2001 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, W shington, at the hour of
1.00 P.M.
