GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -136 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
Economic Enhancement Fund #113 Dept. #155 ,
together with a budget therefor; Reclaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; al. pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought ':o the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant i=ounty that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should bt, authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount .of $ $31,561 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such ;unds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be extended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could n(t have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/ fund: Economic Enhancement Fund #113, Dept.#155
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that nctice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, si.id hearing to be held on
september 18, 2001 in the Grait County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, �'a=hington, at the hour of
1:00 P.M.
