RESOLUTION No. 2004 - 00 - CC
In the Matter of Initiating a County Road Project Designated as
CRP 04-27a, H -SW & 13.5 SW
WHEREAS, cost share contributions in the amount of $12,400 have been collected and the project
has been recommended for construction by the County Rcad Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT H -SW & 13.5 SW (SR 26 to End of Road
south of SR 26), State Road Log No. 12530, MP 1.020 to MP 1 820, be improved as follows:
Grade, drain, surface (BST Class A). Finished width = 26 ft. (See attached vicinity map, x -section)
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as bylaw provided (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.60.070)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriation fromthe officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby rr ade in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
