GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -227 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a new fund/department
to be named 125-167 DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of
Grant County Commissioners that a new fund/department should be
established as set forth hereinabove; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund/department may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county
budget laws;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the following
fund/department is hereby created and established:
12 - 7 D V P NTAL DISABILITIES RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM ,
an t e rant ounty Auditor anU Grant County 'treasurer are Eere y
directed to establish said fund/department in their respective
offices.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately.
