GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 2001 -153 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: Economic Enhancement Fund #113,
Department #155 together with a budget therefore,
pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions require
that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No.oo� 1_i 3b_r.r.
Was duly adopted on august 27. 2001 , and published in the
Daily Herald on 9/7&14/01 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and the
estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a notice of
public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon where interested
persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation and expenditure of funds is hereby
authorized for the following department/fund: Economic Enhancement Fund #113
Danartment #155 In the total sum of $ s31 .561 according to
the attached budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government and shall
take effect immediately upon its passage.

in the amount of $35,000 to the City of Ephrata for a Business Park Development.
This award is dependant on revenue received after June 1, 2001. We are happy
