RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -169 -CC
WHEREAS YOLANDA REYES, B.A. qualifies (by Division of Mental Health waiver) as a
Designated Mental Health Professional as defined by WAC 388-865-0150 and RCW 71.05
and is employed by Grant Mental Healthcare;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners that Yolanda
Reyes, B.A. be designated to provide the services of a County Designated Mental Health
Professional as defined in WAC 388-865 and RCW 71.0`t effective November 5, 2001.
