RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -170 -Cc
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a petty cash/
revolving fund (account) for the following county department:
Domestic Violence Fund 11128 to be called: Domestic
V;r,1anee Patti* EnQh _
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners that a petty cash/revolving fund (account)
should be established as set forth hereinbelow; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund is in accordance
with state and county laws and does not require a public budget
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS, as follows:
1. That a petty cash/revolving fund (account) to be known
as Domestic Violence Pettyis hereby established
in the amount ot 50.00 —for the allowing county depart-
ment: Domestic Violence Fund 1/128
2. That the head of said county department shall be custodian
of said fund, shall record all transactions according to proper
accounting procedures, and shall use it only for the purpose of:
Mailing packages and small ntr hast= of aff;re suppj;Les
3. That if a checking account is used, all checks drawn
from said account shall be signed by: N/A
(and) (or)
4. That all expenditures from said fund are to be supported
with appropriate receipts and reimbursement of said fund shall
be by claim voucher and warrant.

I am writing to request a Petty Cash account for New Hope Domestic Violence and
Sexual Assault Services in the amount of $50.00. This account would used primarily for
mailing packages, and small purchase of office supplies that cannot be made with a
purchase order.
