RESOLUTION NUMBER 2002 -207 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have met and
considered the Veteran's Relief Fund budget for the calendar year of 2003;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, in the course of
considering the budget for 2003 have reviewed all sources of revenue and
examined all anticipated expenses and obligations; and
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the limit
factor for the regular levy for the calendar year 2002 shall be 1.00 percent in
addition to the increase resulting from the addition of new construction and
improvements to property and any increases in the value of state assessed
property, or the amount of S462.88.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of December 2002.
