RESOLUTION NUMBER 2002 -182 -cc
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: Repair & Demolition Fund #118 Dept. #160
, together with a budget therefore,
pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions require
that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 2oo2-175-cc
Was duly adopted on November 6. 2002 , and published in the ,
naily Herald on 11/12/&19/02 declaring an
emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and the
estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a notice of
public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon where interested
persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMNUSSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF
WASHINGTON, that an appropriation and expenditure of funds is hereby
authorized for the following department/fund: Repair & Demolition Fund
#71 R. Dept. #160 In the total sum of S 7. oo7 according to
the attached budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government and shall
take effect immediately upon its passage.

The abatement located at 1916 Ephrata Ave. has been satisfactorily completed.
The bid for the abatement was $7,007.00. At this time, please transfer this
amount into the Building Department's Repair and Demolition fund.
