GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF
UNREDEEMED WARRANTS
RESOLUTION NUMBER 2002-179 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, State of Washington has been informed by the County Auditor
that certain warrants were drawn but have been unredeemed for at
least one year after the date of their issue; and a list of said warrants are
attached, and
WHEREAS, under authority of RCW 36.22.100 the Board of
County Commissioners has the power to cancel said warrants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the
County Auditor and the County Treasurer are hereby ordered to cancel
said warrants from their respective books.
