NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held December 3, 2002
at 1:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioner's Hearing Room on the adoption of an ordinance
modifying certain sections of Chapter 11.04 of the Grant County Code entitled "Maximum Speed
Limits".
The general purpose of said ordinance is to establish or change the maximum speed
limits on certain county roads. Anyone may appear and be heard for or against the proposed
ordinance.

11.04.025, 11.04.035, and 11.04.050
of the Grant County Code
AN ORDINANCE relating to maximum speed limits and amending Section 11.04.025, Section
11.04.035, and Section 11.04.050 of the Grant County Code.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washington:
