CLAIRE ABEL, ADMINISTRATOR ♦ 1957 -1984 ROBERT J. CORNWELL, ADMINISTRATOR ♦ 1984 -1995 GREG A. GRAMMER, ADMINISTRATOR ♦ 1995 - PRESENT t SEP 2 5 2002 You are probably aware that one of the ovens in our detention kitchen has quit working and needs to be replaced. In addition to this, the Health Department has mandated some revisions in our kitchen area to bring the facility into compliance with state requirements. Vern Cummings of the maintenance department has been authorized to complete the necessary changes and order equipment as needed. The convection oven which will replace our broken oven has arrived and been installed. I am respectfully requesting that $2,896 be authorized from capital outlay funds to pay for this oven. The purchase price is $2,686 before taxes. Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter. %Sincerely, Board of County Commissioners: Warren Swanson, Interim Administrator Chairman Cc: Bob Mosher Post Office BOX 818 ♦ Ephrata, Washington 98823 ♦ Phone (509) 754-5690 ♦ Fax (509) 754-5797
