RESOLUTION No. 04 -01 -CC
WHEREAS, Paul Pridmore, M.Ed., is no longer an employee of Grant County and
specifically, Grant Mental Healthcare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that the above named employee is no longer designated to provide the services of
a County Designated Mental Health Professional in accordance with, but not limited to WAC
388-865; WAC 275-55 and RCW 71.05.
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 4, 2004.
