RESOLUTION N0. 2002-138—CC
WHEREAS PAMELA DUGGAN, MSW is no longer needed to provide the services of a County
Designated Mental Health Professional;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners that
the above named employee is no longer designated to provide the services of a
County Designated Mental Health Professional in accordance with WAC 388-865,
WAC 2.75-55, and RCW 71.05, effective September 16, 2002.
