RESOLUTION NO. 2002 -130 -CC
WHEREAS SANDRA MCMICHAEL'S is no longer an employee of Grant Mental Healthcare;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County Commissioners that
the above named employee is no longer designated to provide the service of a
County Designated Mental Health Professional in accordance with WAC 388-865,
WAC 275-55 and RCW 71.05, effective as of July 12, 2002.
