In the Matter of Initiating a County Road Project Designated as CRP 03-24C_, C Rd. S.E.
WHEREAS, cost share contributions in the amount of $15,050.00 have been collected and the project
has been recommended for construction by the County Road Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the C Rd. S.E. (10.5 Rd. S.E to 12 Rd.
&E.), State Road Log No. 20650, Milepost 1.000 to Milepost 1 060, be improved as follows:
Grade, drain, surface w/BST Class A. Finished width = 26 ft. (See attached vicinity map, x -section)
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and
authorized to report and proceed thereon as bylaw provided (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.60.070)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that an appropriation fromthe officially adopted road fund budget and
based on the County Road Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
