RESOLUTION No. 03-113 -CC
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 82 -123 -CC, dated December 6, 1982 establishing a
revolving fund (account) for the District Court Department #102 (Moses Lake Office) District
Court Revolving Account; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $100.00 (One Hundred and No/100 Dollars) established by
Resolution 82 -123 -CC, and the additional amount of $25.00 (Twenty Five and No/100 Dollars)
established by Resolution Number 84 -153 -CC and the additional amount of $100.00 (One
Hundred and No/100 Dollars) established by Resolution Number 91 -6 -CC, has been
demonstrated to be insufficient,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
1. The amount be increased by $100.00 (One Hundred and No/100 Dollars) to a total
of $325.00 (Three Hundred Twenty Five and No/100 Dollars).
2. The use of the $325.00 (Three Hundred Twenty Five and No/100 Dollars) will be
for the purposes described in Resolution Numbers 82 -123 -CC, 84 -153 -CC, and
91 -6 -CC.
3. The existence and procedures of a revolving account will remain unchanged.
EFFECTIVE DATE: upon signature.

RE: Resolution Process for Petty Cash

This is a request that District Court Clerks Petty Cash be increased by $100 (from $425 to $525) from account code
001-000-111-70.
We have a third clerk receipting in the Moses Lake District Court office who has been borrowing petty cash from other clerks.
Each receipting clerk should have an individual petty cash base from which to make change.
Please respond to me with the Resolution Number so I can forward to the Accounting Office. If I can be of further assistance,
do not hesitate to contact me.
