RESOLUTION No. 20034a -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds for the
following department/fund: Economic Enhancement Fund #113, Department #155, together with
a budget therefore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
of Grant County that emergency conditions require that an appropriation and expenditure of
funds be authorized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefore;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 2003 -103 -CC was adopted on
August 26, 2003, and published in the Columbia Basin Herald on August 11 and 19, 2003,
declaring an emergency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and the estimated
amount of funds required to meet it, together with a notice of public hearing, and said public
hearing was held thereon where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that
an appropriation and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the following
department/fund: Economic Enhancement Fund #113, Department #155, in the total sum of
$212,901, according to the attached budget.
This resolution is in the best interest of good government and shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.

Infrastructure Committee Recommendations
for Funding
WHEREAS, the Grant County Commissioners approved a Strategic Infrastructure Program
Prioritization Process, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners found it in the best interests of the County to set up a
committee to facilitate local coordination and communication, and
WHEREAS, the Strategic Infrastructure Committee has submitted recommendations for
funding, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners have approved recommendations submitted by the SIP
Committee, and
