RESOLUTION No. 2003-15Y -CC
A RESOLUTION relating the transfer of funds within the 2003 budget of the Current
Expense Fund #001, Civil Service Department #110, Disability Board Department #113, Board of
Adjustment Department #127, and the Capital Outlay Department #141.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that
it is necessary to transfer funds within the current budget of the above-named County Department(s)
in the amounts enumerated below; and
WHEREAS, there is no expenditure of funds not previously budgeted but a transfer pursuant
to RCW 36.40. 100 and County and State auditing procedures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, THAT the following
transfers within the current budget are hereby made:
2003 Budget of the Current Expense Fund #001, Civil Service Department #110, Disability
Board Department #113, Board of Adjustment Department #127, and the
Capital outlay Department #141

Explanation: To re -allocate undesignated capital outlay to other current expense
fund departments that have unexpected increases in expenditures.
This resolution is in the best interest of good government and shall take effect immediately
upon passage
