All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as written. `I amThe Commissioners appointed Shirley Heer to a further 3 year term on the Grant county Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Advisory Board. pi i.n' The Commissioners signed the Warrants List #109414 through 109999 for the December payroll. I , I u, As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 12/30/99 in the total amount of $57,985.16. (i 3As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 1/3/20000 in the total amount of $66,501.28. Chairman Moore was authorized to sign Contract # EMO 19132 with the Washington State Military Department. ,- u(,N­,- The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval 412-1 through #12-2 in the total amount of $20,380.11. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until January 4,2000. January 4, 2000 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding Sandcastle Estates Phase I -Road Bond, Resolution -Load Restrictions, Gravel Roads Study-Feb.l, Personnel (Unfilled Positions). �< 1^6, A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Allison that Resolution Number 2000 -1 -CC in the matter of load restrictions on Grant County Roads be passed. The motion carried. }�> > The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Brian Kisler of the Sheriff's Office to $2,462 per month effective December 111999. A motion was made by Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2000 -2 -CC in the matter of altering lots 7, 8 and 9, of Astro Acres Phase 2 into two lots be passed. The motion carried. i,{ 1,)o,,l The Commissioners signed the Intergovernmental Agreement for Douglas County watershed planning and designation of lead agency.
