All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as written. zv�'The Commissioners signed letters regarding the Professional Staff Privileging Plan in the Grant Mental Healthcare Office. The Commissioners approved the request by the Prosecuting Attorney for the purchase of 6 new computers, 1 new printer, and one new file server. The Commissioners approved the request from Grant County PARC to implement the 1999 Milliman and Robertson,lnc. salary survey results for counselors. /q,);-�,- -,The Commissioners signed the Notice of Separation on Ninnette L. Robare of District Court. /,/, z,� The Commissioners approved the request for out of State travel for John Dazell, to attend Polygraph Training. The Commissioners approved the request from the Sheriffs Office to begin the water/electrical project from Law and Justice Funds for the Jail in the amount of $9,760. i,z, �,� p(, As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval No. 12-1 through 12-36 in the total amount of $46,237.92. ', U' /Chairman Allison was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation or Work Interruption of Jean F. Adamson of the Juvenile Department, who was transferred to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Z Commissioner Allison was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation or Work Interruption of Keri E. Sonnabend of the Juvenile Department, who was transferred to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. The Commissioners received the Certificate of Insurance from Starplex Corporation naming Grant County as an additional insured. ., t7 The Commissioners received a Summons and Complaint from Hector Adamos. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for handling. �,, The Commissioners approved the request by the Prosecuting Attorney io hire Bobby Moser on a part time basis at $10.00 per hour. ; i,The Commissioners approved the request by Grant County PARC for a budget change for Capital Outlay items. ), A motion was made by Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2001 -7 -CC setting a Public Hearing for January 30, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. relating to the facts requiring an appropriation and expenditure of funds for the Mental Health Fund #408, Department #150 in the total amount of $145,000 be passed. The motion carried. ', o ' A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Moore that Resolution Number 2001 -8 -CC amending Commissioners Resolutions #91 -115 -CC, 95-105-CC,98-16-CC and 98 -58 - CC which established a petty cash/revolving fund for the Grant County Mental Health Department called Crisis Response Revolving Fund be passed. The motion carried. t V,0 4:' The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Michael A. Hinsley of the Juvenile Probation Department to $2,271 per month. _14 The Commissioners approved the Temporary Professional Staff Privileges be granted to Cyndi Rounds, ARNP, who will begin working directly with individuals served by Grant Mental Healthcare on approximately January 22, 2001. The Commissioners signed the month of December Payroll Warrants list #119348 through #119989. The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding Road Name Change -Pelican Point, Solid Waste-Dropbox, Free Disposal, and Advisory Committee Members. /- ,; , The Commissioners approved the salary increase of Valerie K. Tempel of the Juvenile Probation Department to $2,576.70. /, 1,T ��The Commissioners approved the salary of Mike McPheters of District Court as a Spanish interpreter at the salary of $20.00 per hour. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until January 17, 2001. January 17, 2001 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Moore that Resolution Number 2001 -9 -CC approving the second quarterly round of Strategic Infrastructure Committee recommendations for funding be passed. The motion carried. Those approved were Port of Royal Slope, City of Grand Coulee, City of Soap Lake, Town of Coulee City, Port of Quincy, and City of Royal City. The Commissioners are holding 1 recommendation for further consideration. ,'- , The Commissioners received a signed copy of Douglas County Resolution 00-131 regarding the re -appointment of the Douglas County Trustee to the North Central Regional Library District. ,,,v,> A motion was made by Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2001 -10 -CC in the matter of approving the Sunrise Acres Preliminary Plat, requested by D/J Land and Cattle Company be passed. The motion carried. i 1,r3, Chairman Allison was authorized to sign approval of the Washington State Liquor Control Board Special Occasion Liquor License for the Grant County District #8 Volunteers Firefighters Association. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was adjourned until January 22, 2001.
