Allison. All of the Commissioners were in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as written. The Commissioners were notified by the Sheriff's Office that John Dazell has been selected from the Civil Service Eligibility Roster for the position of Sergeant, effective December 4, 2001. They approved the salary increase to $3,760.72 per month. The Commissioners were notified by the Sheriff's Office that Alan Key has been selected from the Civil Service Eligibility Roster for the position of Detective, effective December 5, 2001. They approved the salary increase to $3,589.55 per month. The Commissioners signed the 2002 Law Enforcement Services Agreement between the Grant County Sheriffs Office and the Town of Wilson Creek. //��9UAs of this date the Board by a majority vote approved payment of those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office 12/10/01 in the total amount of $554,332.61. The Commissioners signed the Notice of Decision, findings, conclusions and final decision of the appeal of the Discretionary Use Permit issued to James and Dorothy Weitzel. The Board re -appointed Commissioner Snead as a member of the Grant County Disability Board. The Commissioners spent the remainder of the day working on the year 2002 budget. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until December 11, 2001. December 11, 2001 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding the Port of Quincy Resolution, Adopting of 2002 Annual Road Program, Franchise application -Charles Graaff, Fiber Optic Line, Larson Subdivision Waterline Work Status, Request to Appoint Russell Brown to the Solid Waste Advisory Committee, Transmittal of the Final Draft of the budget, New Personnel Cost Distribution. /3393 A motion was made by Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2001 -203 -CC in the matter of support for the Port of Quincy as it relates to County roads be passed. The motion carried. /.X3395/The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval # I1-1 through 411-203 in the total amount of $904,759.78. �SC33y� A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Moore that Resolution Number 2001 -204 -CC in the matter of adopting the 2002 Annual Road Program be passed. The motion carried. I,V75 yr The Commissioners received further petitions regarding the danger at the intersection of G Road and Road 12 SW in Royal City. w397 The Commissioners held a bid opening regarding the new Grant Mental Healthcare Facility. A motion was made by Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Snead to refer the bids to Vern Cummings and Sharon Kiehn for their review and recommendation. The motion carried. The Commissioners spent the remainder of the day working on the year 2002 budgets. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until December 12, 2001. December 12, 2001 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board. The Commissioners signed the Municipal Services Agreement with Grant County Economic Development Council. The Commissioners spent the remainder of the day working on the year 2002 budgets.
