Allison. with all of the Commissioners in attendance. The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as written. :, / The Commissioners signed the contract extension with Magellan Behavioral Health and Grant County extending the contract to October 31, 2002. The Commissioners approved the requested salary increase for Mary Jo Fisk of the Sheriff's Office to $2,285 per month. The Commissioners approved the request by New Hope for a Petty Cash account in the amount of $50.00. A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Moore that Resolution Number 2001 -163 -CC approving funding for phase 2 of the Coulee City Community Park from Strategic Infrastructure Funds in the amount of $22,700 be passed. The motion carried. ✓" {i ; A motion was made by Commissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 2001 -164 -CC resetting the minimum bid for the sale of Grant County property located in Ephrata, Wa. and calling for a public auction be passed. The motion carried. As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers filed in the Auditors Office on 10/15/01 in the total amount of $436,272.16. 1,0� v-� The Commissioners signed the 2002 Law Enforcement Services agreement between the Grant County Sheriff's Office and the Town of Hartline. MY The Commissioners approved out of state travel for Greg Cardwell to attend Cultural Resource Training in Oregon. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until October 16, 2001. October 16, 2001 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners in attendance. The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding execution of Fuel System Contracts, letter from Sheriff's -Speed Limit Concern, City of Moses Lake -County Participation for Road Replacement, Personnel -Road District No. 2 Foreman Recommendation, Paint Stripe, Whitman County Arbitration. i/ The Commissioners approved the request by the Grant County Fairgrounds for a Transfer of Funds in the amount of $45,000 for the Potable Water System. a0A motion was made by Commissioner Snead, seconded by Commissioner Moore that Resolution Number 2001 -165 -CC in support of the United States of America's declaration of war against worldwide terrorism and, in recognition of members of the armed forces responding to the call to duty to defend freedom be passed. The motion carried. �/ The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher Approval 99-1 through #9-216 in the total amount of $1,401,861.33.
