WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Office owns a Lowrance Depth Finder (Serial #
12001325);
WHEREAS, The Sheriff's Office has determined that this Depth Finder does not suit the
needs of the Deputies worlcing in the field;
WHEREAS, The Sheriff's Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners
declare surplus this Depth Finder;
WHEREAS, It is the intent of the Sheriff's Office to give this item to Grant County Fire
District #10 at no cost;
NOW, THEItEFORE, BE IT HEREBY ItESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Co�missioners declare as surplus the above named Depth Finder with the intent to give it
to Grant County Fire District #10 at no cost.
