RESOLUTION TO DECLARE
SURPLUS GRANT COUNTY
SHERIFF'S OFFICE COUNTY -
OWNED VEHICLE
RESOLUTION No. 26- 079 -CC
WHEREAS, Grant County Sheriff s Office has a 2000 Ford 4DC Bus, which served as a
personnel transport bus to and from incidents and as a climate -controlled office/interview space
to support interviews and interrogations; and,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriffs Office has determined that this vehicle is no
longer needed by Grant County due to age, and,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Sheriff s Office is requesting that the Grant County
Board of Commissioners declare this vehicle as surplus; and,
WHEREAS, once declared surplus, this vehicle will be sold via public auction and the
funds from sale will be used to purchase a small newer vehicle for similar purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County declare as surplus the above -named County -Owned vehicle.
