After input from all members of the VAB on the application for Phil Rivera to take a seat representing
VFW Post 24, a vote was taken. We had 7 voting members in attendance. The vote was 2 for him to
take the seat and 5 against. The Board recommends that Phil NOT be allowed to join the VAB.
In addition, the board discussed the vacant At Large position and recommended that Commissioners
cut the board by that one position. That vote was unanimous in favor of shrinking the Board by one
position.
If there are any questions I can be contacted at 206-799-3172.
