HopeSource, in partnership with Stewardship Development, LLC, is developing Project 1, a 64-unit
scattered -site affordable housing development in Moses Lake, Washington: 44 units of new construction
serving seniors age 55 and older, and a 20-unit apartment building to be acquired and rehabilitated for
families. All 64 units are affordable at 30%-60% AMI.
Project Summary and Design
New Construction —Parcel ID 102114000 (approximately 2.5 acres)
• One three-story building with two elevators and parking at two spaces per unit.
• 44 units: 10 studios (approximately 540 SF) and 34 one -bedrooms (approximately 650 SF).
• Target population: seniors age 55 and older. 16 units at 30% AMI; 28 units at 40% AMI.
Rehabilitation — 116 E Hill Ave (the "Hill Avenue Apartment Building")
• 20 units, all two -bedroom, approximately 700 SF each.
• Target population: families. 4 units at 40% AMI; 16 units at 60% AMI.
Both sites will offer resident services provided by HopeSource's Moses Lake -based team, with
supportive programming tailored to low income seniors and families.
